Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services but are gratefully accepted. Typically gratuities range from 15%-20% of the service price.

Communicating with Your Therapist or Esthetician
We specialize in custom treatments based on your individual needs.  Please let your therapist/esthetician know of your particular needs before the treatment begins.

Age Restrictions

• Guests under 12 can receive nail and waxing services and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Guests 12 – 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult and sign a consent form.  Undergarments are to be worn for bodywork.

Cell Phone Etiquette
To ensure a relaxing experience for all spa guests, please kindly turn off your ringer and refrain from having phone conversations while in the spa.  Texting is fine.

Tuesday thru Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday/Monday CLOSED

Payments
We accept all credit cards, cash and Paradise Beauty Salon & Spa gift certificates.

Appointment Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment as you may be required to fill out paperwork.  If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment to accommodate for the next appointment.

Gift Certificates
Get your Paradise Beauty Salon & Spa gift certificates by calling (808) 821-0807.  Please note:  No cash refunds are given for gift certificates.  We gladly offer transfers and credit toward Paradise Beauty Salon & Spa items.

Management Discretion
Paradise Beauty Salon & Spa reserves the right to deny services or stop services during treatment at the discretion of management.

Discounts on Multiple Services/Treatments
Buy 3 treatments and save 5%!  Buy 6 treatments and save 10% buy 9 treatments and save 15%.

No Shows/Cancellations
No shows pay full price, cancellations morning/day of 50%.
